Having worked as a manager in Nigeria for UAC in the 1980s, Paul Wilson went on to become the Managing Director of UAC of Tanzania 1990 -1992, MD of Tractor and Equipments Ghana 1992 – 2000, MD of Mantrac Russia 2000 – 2002, MD of IEA Nigeria Limited 2002 – 2008. Mr Wilson also served as a Director of Unilever Ghana for 6 years and brings with him considerable experience of successfully running business in West Africa. 

Mr. Olusola Adedeji Ajayi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife formerly University of Ife (Ile Ife). He is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of working experience in the industry.

Mr Kolade obtained his bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from the then University of Ife, now known as Obafemi Awolowo University in 1978. He has three decades of post qualifications experience with the extensive exposure and operational understanding of Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Logistics and Shipping.
